Digitize Labs LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ToFee platform accessible at tofee.me and related applications (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using ToFee, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration details: name, email address, username, and password
• Profile information: bio, profile photo, social media links, and website URL
• Payout information: mobile money number, digital wallet alias, or bank card details (processed securely via our payment partners)
• Content you publish on your creator page
• Messages and communications with other users or our support team

• Usage data: how you interact with features, click patterns, and session duration

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers: payment processors, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics vendors who are contractually bound to protect your data
• Other users: your public profile (name, bio, photo, supporter count) is visible to anyone visiting your creator page
• Legal authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account at any time; upon closure we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or tax compliance purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and access controls. Payment credentials are handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors — we never store full card numbers on our servers.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication when available.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
